im worried about my guinea pig

i have noticed a small lump on his nose about a week ago it doesnt seem to hurt him but im not sure if it is a problem or not should i take him to the vet any advice any one has please let me know thanks guys

There are lots of things that the lump can be, like a tumor or abcess. Either way, yes, your pig needs a vet.
